2009 Tour/Medley/Remodel Chicagoland Planning

MEMO TO: Builder Members/Remodeler Members, Ad Agency Members/Associate Members

SUBJECT:  Lake County Tour of Homes, McHenry County Medley of Homes, Remodel Chicagoland: A Tour of Remodeled Home 

As the year keeps slipping away from us, we need to start planning for next year.  Over the years the Tour, Medley and Remodel Chicagoland have been some of the best advertising values our builders and remodelers, both production and custom, have participated in.  We have successfully bartered with the newspapers to provide you with advertising that many of you would never be able to get.  All of the newspapers have been great in helping produce an event that we can all say we have been proud of.  

With that said, the planning will begin for 2009 shortly and we need to get a pulse on who will participate so we can plan the event and budget.  I’m sure many of you will be doing your own planning for your marketing for 2009 and we would hope that you have found the value in our marketing and will want to participate.  Each year we try to think outside the box to bring you new opportunities to showcase your homes.  This year will be no exception.  We are meeting with companies checking out new ways to introduce the consumer to your properties.   

Please fax or email whether you will be participating in 2009.  We would like you response by August 20th.  Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.   Your past support and confidence have been invaluable.
