2007 Key Awards – 2007 Licensed to Build!

October 5, 2007 at Renaissance Hotel in Schaumburg

The entry deadline is 4 p.m. Friday, June 22, 2007.

We are looking for entries for one of the most competitive and prestigious awards in the industry.  The Key Awards ranks homes in 12 main categories and more than 100 sub-categories including land planning, architectural design, single-family homes, multi-family homes, custom homes for sale, remodeling and conversion construction, interior merchandising and clubhouse and lobby construction.

Entries are accepted from both members and nonmembers.  Please click here for registration forms.  Entries must be 100 percent complete in order to be valid for judging - please see the list of entry requirements .  Please list all accrediting firms associated with your entry.  We are also looking for judges for this year’s entrants.  For more information or to serve as a judge , contact Madge Douglas at 815-254-7880 or by e-mail mdouglas@hbagc.com.
