The Southwest Chapter Texas Hold ‘Em Tournament scheduled for tomorrow, May 22nd, has been cancelled.  We hope to reschedule this event in the fall.

The City of Chicago Chapter presents "Political Realities of City Development" May 22, 2007 - 6:00PM to 8:00PM at the Crowne Plaza Metro Hotel, 733 West Madison, Chicago.  A Panel Discussion featuring: Alderman Burt Natarus; Tom Corfman, Crain's Chicago Business; Alan Lev, President, Belgravia Group; Mary Umberger, Chicago Tribune and Kerry Dickson, Senior Vice President, Related Midwest.

The Multifamily and Community Council of HBAGC presents part 2 of "Running With the Bulls -- Developing Condo and Homeowners Associations" on Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at the Marriott Oak Brook at 8:00 a.m.  This program "Assembling Your Team -- Marketing, Management, Insurance and Accounting" is a can't miss if you are looking to  build multi-family housing of any sort and need to know the procedures for getting your association up and running.  The panel of speakers includes insurance expert Karyl Dicker Foray, CIRMS, accounting authority Michael J. Cochrane, CPA and management guru Tracy Hill, AMS, RAM.   The cost to attend is $35.00 per person for HBAGC members and $50.00 per person for non-members -- the price includes a buffet breakfast and all handouts.
