Insurance:  Karyl Dicker Foray, CIRMS

Karyl Dicker Foray is an insurance agent working for Rosenthal Brothers in Deerfield, Illinois.  The last 22 of her 35 year insurance career has been spent developing a condominium and townhome association insurance niche.  She currently handles the insurance programs for over 650 associations and has written numerous articles that have appeared in trade publications locally.  She was recently awarded the CIRMS (Community Insurance Risk Management Specialist) designation from the Community Association Institute. 

Accounting:   Michael J. Cochrane, CPA

Michael Cochrane is a Certified Public Accountant from Schaumburg, Illinois.  His firm has a total of nine individuals with in excess of seventy-five years of experience in regards to Common Interest Realty Associations (CIRA).  His firm provides audit, review, compilation, tax preparation, consulting and reserve consulting services to more than 500 associations.  CIRA’s represent 90% of his practice.  Mr. Cochrane has lectured at seminars regarding financial reporting, taxation and reserve fund issues for common interest realty associations.  He and members of his office have authored articles for trade publications. 

Management & Marketing:  Tracy Hill, AMS, RAM, President & CEO, Property Specialists, Inc.

A Graduate of the University of Denver, Tracy has over 40 years of experience in the management of single family and multi-family communities, ranging from subsidized housing to exclusive single family and townhome communities.  Currently, Property Specialists,  Inc., represents 270 Associations.  He has served on the Board of Directors of the Community Association Institute of Illinois Chapter, President of the Multi-Family Housing Council of Illinois, President of the Apartment and Condominium Council of Greater Chicago, a member of the NAHB Multi-Family Council and past chairman of the NAHB Ram Board of Governors.  He is a Past President of HBAGC and is now a Life Director in addition to being a Director of HBAI and a Life Director of NAHB.
