YBC Golf Outing – May 15th

We are looking forward to seeing you at the 2007 Young Builders Council Golf Outing tomorrow, May 15th at Cog Hill. It should be another great year at the course. SMC "Effective Marketing on a Shoestring" [MCSP] – May 17th

8:30AM to 5:00PM – HBAGC - Hill Family Training Room

Small firms must watch their resources. Often they spend too little time and money on marketing. This course will provide the planning tools that won't break anyone's budget. Participants will learn how to analyze target markets, identify competitive advantages, create accurate proformas and monitor outcomes. This is a one day module - elective for MCSP designation. North Central/Southwest Chapter – Texas Hold’Em Night – May 22nd

It will be a full house on Tuesday, May 22nd for the North Central/Southwest Chapters' Texas Hold'Em Poker Night. Whether you play regularly or have never played, this evening of Texas Hold'Em is a great deal! Join us for beer, wine, food, prizes and fun! A ten minute instructional demonstration will be held before the start of play. Don't play? Come and cheer for your favorite player!

2007 Key Awards – October 5th

Entries are now being accepted for the 2007 Key Awards, honoring the best work of home building professionals and presented by the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago and the Chicago Tribune. One of the most competitive and prestigious awards in the industry, the Key Awards ranks homes in 12 main categories and more than 100 sub-categories including land planning, architectural design, single-family homes, multi-family homes, custom homes for sale, remodeling and conversion construction, interior merchandising and clubhouse and lobby construction.

Entries are accepted from both members and nonmembers. Please click here for registration forms. Gold, silver and bronze keys are given out and a limited number of Crystal Key Awards are conferred as a special level of achievement that awards innovation and creativity. Deadline for entries is June 22nd. Entries must be 100 percent complete in order to be valid for judging - please see the list of entry requirements . Please list all accrediting firms associated with your entry.
