Small Builder Roundtable

The first official meeting of the City Chapter’s Small Builder Roundtable will be held on Tuesday, March 6, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. at Chief O’Neill’s Pub (3471 N. Elston). This is an ideal opportunity to get together with other City builders in a casual setting and discuss ways to pro-actively address issues specifically affecting smaller builders in Chicago. All City Chapter Builder members are invited to attend. There is a $25 meeting fee.

The 2007 Medley of Homes and Tour of Homes is a scattered site showcase of homes in McHenry and Lake Counties, Northern Cook County, and Southern Wisconsin communities featuring homes for sale in every price range. The Medley and Tour offer McHenry and Lake County Chapter of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago members and non-member builders a chance to be a part of a proven and successful marketing program reaching hundreds of thousands of new home buyers.
