The 2006 Parade of Homes™ celebrates OKTOBERFEST!

By now, you should have received your two complimentary tickets to the 2006 Parade of Homes. The Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago (HBAGC) has chosen Settlers Ridge in Sugar Grove as the site of this year's Parade. Featuring the designs of eight custom builders, the Parade begins October 11th and continues through October 29th at Settlers Ridge, located at the corner of Galena Blvd. and Gordon Road in Sugar Grove.

The eight builders, who will exhibit homes within the $600,000–$800,000 range, are Highfield Homes, Inc.; McFarlane Construction, Inc.; Midwest Builder; Old Towne Custom Builders; Ed Sologa Builders; Tower Builders; Vintage Builders; and Kackert Homes, Inc.

Don't forget to register and purchase your tickets now to the Parade Preview Party on October 10th. Sponsored by First American Title, the Preview Party includes an open bar, food and a tour of the homes. All attendees will receive a free gift. The event is dressy casual and tickets are $50 per person. Net proceeds will be donated to HomeAid Chicago.
