The City of Chicago Chapter introduces their new program concept: Get R.E.A.L. (Real Estate and Learning). Members will be able to network and choose to attend one of two presentations that will be occurring simultaneously that night. All Get "R.E.A.L." programs will be held at the East Bank Club. Key insights and opportunities for branding in the world of homes

Presented by: Kay Allison, President, Energy Infuser, Inc.

Kay Allison, founder and president, helps her clients create High Voltage Ideas that generate between $10 and $100 million in new revenue annually. She founded the Energy Infuser, Inc. in 1999 to meet client demand for richer consumer insight that quickly translates into revenue-generating ideas. Kay has collaborated with Avon, Kraft, The Ford Motor Company, and Home Depot.

Sustainable Development

Panel led by: Kerry Dickson, Senior VP, LR Development Company

The panel will focus on the main concepts of sustainable design from the US Green Building Council's LEED Certification to the US Dept. of Energy's Energy Star Program. Sustainable design concepts will be introduced with examples from two of LR's current projects including 340 on the Park which is designed to be one of Chicago's first LEED certified residential high-rise, and Roosevelt Square, a new mixed-income community which includes sustainable design features created via the Planning Development approval process.

Legislative Breakfast with Bill Ward—cancelled

Due to the legislative session in Springfield extending beyond our scheduled April 20th event and most likely into May, the breakfast will be postponed. We are looking at the third week of May as a potential reschedule time frame. We will keep you posted as soon as a new date is finalized.
