As you know, the 4th Annual Midwest Builders Show® & Conference kicks off in a little more than a week. The real purpose of this Show is to bring people together — to get all that creative energy going about products and services that make the housing industry better and stronger. It's the relationship-building that takes place at the show that makes it a worthwhile experience. The strengthened ties and the exchange of information among those in the industry are the principle behind this tradeshow.

Space is still available but filling up fast so Register NOW!! Our National Education Conference is designed to raise attendees' level of knowledge in relation to their work and provides networking opportunities to enhance professionalism and innovation in the home building industry. The full line-up of seminars is online at http://www.midwestbuildersshow.com/schedule.cfm.

Before taking your seat in the classroom, reserve your seat on one of the Bus Tours. The city bus tour will visit Magellan's Lakeshore East master plan, the Condominium Conversion at 474 Lake Shore Drive, and one of the city's newest and most talked about condo-hotels — THE TRUMP TOWER! The Suburban bus tour will Visit two Key Award winning communities located in Elgin: Providence by Town & Country Homes and Waterford by Kimball Hill Homes.

Be sure to network and build your web of contacts at the 2006 Networking Hour. Your opportunity starts at 5 pm on Wednesday, March 15th just before the kick-off of the 2006 House Party. Take care of business before you get down with The Business, sponsored by Kohler, a Chicago area band with the hottest horn section, smooth vocals, sizzling Latin percussion and slamming rhythms. The Networking Hour is your opportunity to visit with exhibitors and colleagues before the band starts to play!
