The Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago is excited to present this brand-new feature of our website! The idea for a “Land Bank” was developed by the Southwest Chapter board of directors in 2005.  The board was looking for more ways to add value to the HBAGC membership and this website is a result of their ideas put into action.  The concept of the Land Bank is simple; members are able to log in to the website at no cost to view land for sale by our other members.  For a small fee, members can also list land that they have for sale for our other members to view.  As you will see, many of our members have already realized the potential for this site.  We hope that you also find this a useful tool and invite you to take a look “inside!”

Using Land bank

• Land Bank offers searches by land status, location, and price range.
• Listings include street maps and aerial images of the property.
• Members can elect to receive email notifications when new properties are listed.
