Young Builders Council

If you’re new to the industry YBC is a great fit for you.  Not only is it a great way to get involved in the association, it is a lot of fun! Most importantly, it is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your leadership skills. We are always looking for new members and new ideas. So if you want to find a fun and functional way to get involved with HBAGC, YBC is the perfect place to start!

New! Honored Guest Program

YBC is now offering its members access to experienced industry professionals at our monthly meetings!  Guests will start our meetings with some of their stories and advice for young professionals.

Scott Brown Memorial Scholarship

The YBC also presents the annual Scott Brown Memorial Scholarship, which provides financial assistance for students studying construction and helps them gain knowledge about the real estate industry.
