Sales Achievement of the Month

The Sales Achievement of the Month (SAOM) award is given out to a deserving sales person chosen from among all nominations submitted by SMC Members.  Recipients are not chosen by sales numbers alone; however, other factors are taken into consideration as well such as training, mentoring, length of time at the project, stage of project completion, etc.  It is a requirement of SMC that in order to win the Sales Person of the Year Award, candidates will have had to be nominated for SAOM at least once during the 12 months preceeding the Million Dollar Awards.
