Sales achievement of the Month - February, 2007
The winner for February, 2007 is John Hultberg of DRH Cambridge Homes. John (or"Howie Mansells" as anyone who had been at the 2006 Million Dollar Awards knows him!) has been with Cambridge for 4 1/2 years and they are the only builder that he's worked for. Prior to that, he had been pursuing his dream of becoming a professional hockey player!!
John chose new homes sales as his career when he and his wife purchased a new home (from a competitor!!) and enjoyed the entire experience of developing a brand new home. Shortly after their closing, both he and his wife inquired about the industry and the rest, as they say, is history! He feels his competitive drive to be the best with everything he encounters is what has contributed most to the success of his sales career.
On his days off, John loves to play golf, work out and spend time with his wife. His favorite TV shows are CSI Miami, Entourage and of course, DEAL OR NO DEAL! The most recent book that he read was The Patterson Principles of Selling by Jeffrey Gitomer. His favorite vacation spot so far has been Kauai, Hawaii.
One thing that you probably never knew about John was that a long time ago he decided to dye his hair blond to change his appearance. He thinks the dye burned his scalp which attributed to the loss of more hair than he would have liked!
