Home Builders Installs New Officers

The Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago (HBAGC) today announced the names of the newly elected officers to its Regional Board of Directors and its local chapters and councils, as well as the Inductees into its Court of Honor and award recipients.  The Association installed the new officers and honored the Inductees and award recipients at its 2008 Inaugural Ball black-tie gala themed “Embrace Change” held at the Westin Chicago North Shore in Wheeling.   

Alan D. Lev, of Belgravia Group, Ltd. was installed as the new president of HBAGC for a one-year term.  He succeeds Al Darwan of Buckingham Builders Corporation in Plainfield who just completed a year serving in the office of the president.  The HBAGC serves builders in nine Chicagoland counties including Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry and Will.  Officers’ terms become effective immediately and remain in place for the next year.

The Association also announced the names of the Inductees into its Court of Honor, a tribute bestowed upon current and past members who have upheld and enhanced the Association’s high standard of service to the housing industry:
